This week we revisit online appointment booking and our newest feature which allows for requiring a deposit in order to book an appointment. We'll look at why both are good business practices.
We're excited to announce our partnership with ZNLabs. As part of our partnership we're introducing a bi-directional integration between our practice management software and ZNLabs, a nationwide veterinary reference lab.
The integration allows practices to order labs directly from our software. Requisition forms are automatically generated when the tests are ordered, and the results are automatically imported into the patient’s medical record as soon as they are available. The requesting provider is notified that the results have been received via a task, and we even display a trend of the values against prior results. Practices that have been using our integration for the last few weeks reported that they were able to order labs more efficiently, and review results more quickly.
The integration is available to all of our customers in the U.S.
