This week we revisit online appointment booking and our newest feature which allows for requiring a deposit in order to book an appointment. We'll look at why both are good business practices.
We're thrilled to announce our partnership with Gravity Payments, a credit card processing company that serves over 20,000 merchants across America, over 2,000 of those being veterinary clinics.
Through our partnership we are proud to offer integrated payment solutions with various Clover devices (countertop and mobile), the ability to email clients invoices so that they can be paid online (particularly useful in our new no-touch world), as well as the ability to security store card information on file.
We were first introduced to Gravity Payments through several of our customers who were already using Gravity’s solutions. As we got to know Gravity better, we felt like old friends in that they share so many of the same values that we do – honesty, simplicity, and a commitment to the success of our customers.
