This week we revisit online appointment booking and our newest feature which allows for requiring a deposit in order to book an appointment. We'll look at why both are good business practices.
We're excited to announce our partnership with Asteris. As part of our partnership we're introducing a bi-directional integration between our practice management software and the Asteris Keystone Software Suite.
The integration allows practices to easily schedule studies on any of their imaging devices directly from their Vetter accounts. A link to view the images in the Asteris cloud-based editor is automatically imported into the patient’s chart when they are ready, and the provider that scheduled the study is notified of that fact via a task in our software. Radiologist reports are also automatically imported into the record for easy access and review.
Asteris Keystone offers you the complete, all-in-one solution that lets you manage your images with unmatched speed, convenience, and security. Asteris provides so much more than a storage location for your images. Asteris Keystone provides a simple way for you to manage multiple modalities, write reports, and share images outside of your practice.
In addition to the workflow aided by the integration, utilizing Asteris Keystone allows for the effortless routing and synchronization of images among multiple sites and/or specialists. Asteris Keystone provides users with the ability to view images and diagnose with confidence utilizing the integrated DICOM viewer. Save time and effort by using the pre-designed report templates and other time-saving features in the teleconsultation platform.
This integration is available to all of our customers immediately.
